About the project.

This project involved replacing a mountain of spreadsheets with a custom-built Oracle APEX application. The suite manages the entire lifecycle of a production order, from raw material requisition to final QC.

What we set out to solve.

: The manufacturing floor had high-latency network conditions and workers required a "zero-training" interface. We needed to build a high-performance system that felt like a consumer app but had the power of an Oracle database.

UI/UX Prototyping in APEX.

Utilized Oracle PL/SQL for complex business logic to keep the front-end lightweight and fast.
Opted for a "Mobile-First" shop floor view while maintaining a "Desktop-Heavy" reporting dashboard for management.
